Robert Lester works as a healer, teacher and mentor and has over thirty years of experience. His

work is a unique blend of his Native American roots, his extensive study of Taoist esoteric

medicine, and energetic healing including Reiki.  Robert has an ongoing relationship with Coastal

and Prairie Elders, who have passed on to him the ancient ways of teachings and ceremonies.

Individual bodywork sessions with Robert allow a person to pursue multi-dimensional healing, not

only physical, but also from an internal emotional, spiritual space. Robert uses a blend of cranio-

sacral, muscle energy, acupressure and other soft tissue techniques in addition to his energetic

healing abilities.

Within Robert's workshops, his teaching gifts transcend the mundane giving of information, to the

promotion of personal exploration, growth and discovery as well as techniques with practical

application.
